Fond\u00e9es sur l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es historiques, elles permettent de mod\u00e9liser les comportements d\u2019achat, d\u2019anticiper les variations saisonni\u00e8res et de pr\u00e9voir la demande future de mani\u00e8re structur\u00e9e et fiable. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des techniques comme la <strong data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1499\">d\u00e9composition additive ou multiplicative<\/strong>, on peut isoler les effets de la tendance, de la saisonnalit\u00e9 et des <strong data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1591\">r\u00e9sidus al\u00e9atoires<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1624\"><strong>Le lissage exponentiel<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"2110\">Le lissage exponentiel simple ou double donne davantage de poids aux donn\u00e9es r\u00e9centes, ce qui permet de mieux capter les \u00e9volutions rapides, en particulier dans les contextes \u00e0 forte instabilit\u00e9. Il est souvent utilis\u00e9 pour des pr\u00e9visions de commandes ou des pr\u00e9visions logistiques sur des cycles courts, chaque mois ou chaque trimestre. Il existe aussi une variante appel\u00e9e lissage exponentiel pond\u00e9r\u00e9, particuli\u00e8rement utile en cas de saisonnalit\u00e9 non stable.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2175\">La r\u00e9gression lin\u00e9aire et le coefficient de corr\u00e9lation<\/h3><p data-start=\"2176\" data-end=\"2625\">En mod\u00e9lisant la relation entre la demande et des variables explicatives (prix, m\u00e9t\u00e9o, \u00e9v\u00e9nements, etc.), la <strong data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2308\">r\u00e9gression lin\u00e9aire<\/strong> permet d\u2019\u00e9tablir des <strong data-start=\"2330\" data-end=\"2356\">\u00e9quations de pr\u00e9vision<\/strong> personnalis\u00e9es. On calcule alors un <strong data-start=\"2393\" data-end=\"2423\">coefficient de corr\u00e9lation<\/strong> pour mesurer la force du lien entre les variables. Cette approche est id\u00e9ale pour les analyses pr\u00e9dictives dans un business plan ou lors de la construction d\u2019un chiffre d\u2019affaires pr\u00e9visionnel.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2627\" data-end=\"2665\">La m\u00e9thode des moindres carr\u00e9s<\/h3><p data-start=\"2666\" data-end=\"3025\">Elle vise \u00e0 minimiser les \u00e9carts entre les valeurs observ\u00e9es et les valeurs calcul\u00e9es par le mod\u00e8le. Associ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ajustement lin\u00e9aire, elle am\u00e9liore la pr\u00e9cision des pr\u00e9visions et limite les erreurs. Cette m\u00e9thode est couramment utilis\u00e9e pour les <strong data-start=\"2921\" data-end=\"2947\">pr\u00e9visions financi\u00e8res<\/strong>, notamment les <strong data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"2988\">budgets pr\u00e9visionnels<\/strong> ou les <strong data-start=\"2996\" data-end=\"3024\">pr\u00e9visions de tr\u00e9sorerie<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3055\"><strong>Les moyennes mobiles<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"3056\" data-end=\"3399\">Les moyennes mobiles simples ou pond\u00e9r\u00e9es permettent de lisser les donn\u00e9es brutes en \u00e9liminant les <strong data-start=\"3159\" data-end=\"3178\">points extr\u00eames<\/strong> ou les anomalies ponctuelles.
