Digital Marketing Manager (M/F)

To keep pace with and accelerate its development, OptimiX Solutions is recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to report to the Marketing and Communications Director.
His role will be to support him in his mission to develop brand awareness and generate leads through the following actions:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation
- Definition and implementation of B2B marketing strategy: Deploy marketing strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment of objectives and actions.
- Responsible for the content of our website in FR / DE / UK
- Development of multi-channel lead acquisition strategies: Optimize web acquisition levers (SEO, LinkedIn, YouTube, Inbound Marketing, etc.) to generate a maximum number of qualified inbound requests (MQL). Deploy inbound and outbound strategies adapted to different targets.
- Conversion funnel management: Optimize the entire conversion tunnel (SEO, SEA, nurturing, LinkedIn Ads campaigns) to maximize acquisition opportunities.
- Organic content strategy and SEO: Develop content strategies to improve your company’s visibility on search engines (keyword group identification, content writing, internal linking). Share content on social networks to engage communities.
- Improving the user experience (UX): Designing and managing corrective actions to optimize the customer experience and journey, from discovery to purchase decision.
- Innovation and AI tools: Propose innovative solutions for the industrialization of marketing actions, using artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Generative SEO, Mid-Journey, etc.
2. Acquisition, Visibility & Brand awareness
- Strengthen visibility on social networks: Develop the company’s presence on LinkedIn, YouTube and Google My Business (create posts, comments, participate in target groups, produce videos, etc.).
- Develop brand awareness: Manage the Social Media and Influence strategy (LinkedIn, Blog, YouTube, etc.) to boost OptimiX’s visibility in the market.
- Creation of high value-added content: Produce content to educate the market and generate engagement: white papers, case studies, webinars, videos, practical guides. Ensure editorial consistency across all communication channels.
- Physical and digital events: Organize and run high value-added events (webinars, conferences, workshops) to attract qualified leads and raise brand awareness.
3. Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting
- Definition and monitoring of key KPIs: Identify and monitor key KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing actions across different countries, and optimize monthly and annual investments.
- Performance analysis and ROI calculation: Analyze campaign performance and evaluate return on investment (ROI) in order to adjust actions and optimize allocated resources.
- Inbound lead reporting: Accurately track inbound leads generated by each acquisition lever, to ensure quality and alignment with sales objectives.
Monitoring Indicators & Success KPIs :

- Downloads and interactions on premium content.
- Marketing ROI and impact on sales pipeline.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in BtoB
- Mastery of tools: CRM, Pack Office, Canva, WordPress, emailing & marketing automation.
- HTML skills
- Expertise in SEO, SEA and high-performance digital strategies.
- Sensitivity to retail and distribution issues
- Strong analytical, project management and leadership skills.
- Very good level of written and spoken English, German a plus
