As part of our group’s development, we are recruiting for OptimiX Solutions, our subsidiary with expertise in Pricing and Supply Chain.
For nearly 15 years, OptimiX Solutions has been helping retailers optimize their pricing strategies and inventory management using data andartificial intelligence.
Every day, our solutions analyze over 10 billion pieces of data to help over 5,500 stores in 17 countries make better, faster and more profitable decisions.
Main mission
Develop, improve and industrialize forecasting models (sales, demand, inventory) to optimize business decisions (procurement, pricing, merchandising) in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
- Design and train forecasting models (time series, ML/DL)
- Analyze retail data (sales, promotions, seasonality, weather, etc.).
- Improve forecast accuracy (short, medium and long term)
- Collaborate with business teams (supply chain, purchasing, marketing)
- Monitor model performance and propose optimizations
- Participate in technological monitoring of forecasting methods
Mandatory :
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- SQL / large data manipulation
- Git and good development practices
Your profile
- Bac +5 (engineering school, university, data science, AI)
- 5 years’ experience in data science / machine learning
- Experience in forecasting or time series strongly preferred
- Analytical and rigorous
- Ability to popularize technical results
