TMA Support Technician

Your role:

🎯 Ensure operational follow-up of a customer portfolio (one or more accounts, depending on complexity) in RUN mode
🎯 Monitor night-time processing chains to guarantee quality of service
🎯 Respond to customer tickets and follow them through to resolution
🎯 Lead operational committees with customers to ensure quality support

The profile we are looking for :

✅ Bac +3 to Bac +5 – Computer Science or Business School
✅ At least 2 years’ experience in Third-Party Application Maintenance (TMA)
✅ Technical and functional mastery of PostgreSQL databases
✅ Good level of technical English essential
✅ Knowledge of pricing a plus
✅ Mastery of Linux commands, PowerShell and/or Bash is an asset
✅ Curiosity, autonomy, ability to take concrete action and make decisions quickly
