TMA Support Technician
As part of our group’s development, we are recruiting for OptimiX Solutions, our subsidiary with expertise in Pricing and Supply Chain.
For nearly 15 years, OptimiX Solutions has been helping retailers optimize their pricing strategies and inventory management using data andartificial intelligence.
Every day, our solutions analyze over 10 billion pieces of data to help over 5,500 stores in 17 countries make better, faster and more profitable decisions.
Your missions
As part of the TMA Support team, you will be our customers’ key contact to ensure
service continuity and the operational quality of our SaaS solutions. Your tasks
will include :
– Supervising and controlling processing chains to ensure the reliability and
consistency of processed data.
– Managing support tickets
– Analyzing and resolving application incidents: taking charge of tickets,
qualification, follow-up until final resolution.
– Communicate and support customers
– Participate in production launches and functional upgrades in conjunction with
internal teams (consultants, R&D, infra).
– Document procedures and best practices to capitalize on the expertise of
the support team.
Your profile
2/3 years’ higher education in IT or technical support.
– At least 2 years’ experience in Third-Party Application Maintenance (TMA) or
application support.
– Solid technical and functional skills in PostgreSQL.
– Knowledge of pricing and Linux commands, PowerShell and/or Bash.
– Good level of technical English essential (international environment).
– Curiosity, autonomy, responsiveness and sense of customer service.
